Parham Physiotherapy is a clinic, set in the heart of the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, providing specialist musculoskeletal care. As a team, we combine our complimentary skills to create and deliver bespoke programmes.
Having worked at the highest levels in our chosen fields we have come together to create an environment where we can help everyone, from the daily dog walker to the professional athlete, achieve their goals. We get to know and understand you, taking the time to establish your needs.
Following a thorough assessment we will provide you with an accurate diagnosis and, using both our extensive clinical experience and knowledge of evidence based treatments, will develop the most effective management programme for you.
CERIan parham

With over 18 years experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist working in elite sport, Ceri has held a number of roles in professional sports and worked with athletes from varying backgrounds.
Having graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 1999 with a degree in Human Movement Studies, he then qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from the University of Wales College of Medicine in 2002. Further studies have included completion of an MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine in 2007, extensive practice in Dry Needling studies (achieving membership to the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists AACP) and qualification as a Certified Practitioner from the Titleist Performance Institute.
His previous roles have included working at International level in Football and Rugby Union, having held Head Physiotherapist roles at both Swansea City Football Club and London Broncos Rugby League. For the past 10 years he has worked as a Performance Physiotherapist in the English Premiership with Rugby Union clubs London Irish, Wasps and Bath Rugby. Recently Ceri has moved full time into the clinic in Edington whilst performing consultancy roles with a number of individual athletes, The Football Association of Wales and European Tour Golf Professionals.

jackie parham

Jackie's extensive experience and diverse background make her a highly skilled and knowledgeable Chartered Physiotherapist. Her work in specialist roles across different regions, since 2002, has exposed her to a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, allowing her to develop expertise in treating complex issues.
Working alongside eminent Spinal and Foot and Ankle Consultants has provided Jackie with valuable insight into advanced treatment methods and multidisciplinary approaches to care. Her roles as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner and Extended Scope Physiotherapist have further honed her clinical skills, enabling her to assess and manage complex musculoskeletal conditions effectively.
Jackie's commitment to professional development is evident through her post-graduate training, including her membership in the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP) and completion of an MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2009. Additionally, her certification in acupuncture from the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and Pilates instruction from the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) demonstrates her dedication to offering holistic and evidence-based treatment approaches.
By combining hands-on manual therapy techniques, acupuncture, and Pilates-based exercises, Jackie provides comprehensive care tailored to each individual's needs. Her emphasis on patient education and empowerment aligns with her goal of helping clients achieve their musculoskeletal health goals and improve their overall well-being.
EMMA PENNY

Emma Penny is a highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapist with 20 years of clinical expertise in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Based at Parham Physiotherapy, Emma provides specialist women’s pelvic health physiotherapy for women across Wiltshire, Bath, and the surrounding areas.
Emma specialises in the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy-related pelvic pain, postnatal recovery, lower back pain, and female pelvic pain conditions. She has extensive experience helping women manage symptoms such as bladder weakness, pelvic girdle pain, coccyx pain, pubic symphysis pain (SPD), and postpartum rehabilitation.
Alongside her role at Parham Physiotherapy, Emma also works as a Senior Women’s Health Physiotherapist within the NHS, combining advanced clinical expertise with compassionate, evidence-based care.
Emma offers the highly regarded Mummy MOT — a specialist postnatal assessment designed to support recovery after pregnancy and childbirth. The Mummy MOT has helped many women regain strength, confidence, and function following birth.

CHARLIE ROLPH
BSc (Hons) • MCSP • HCPC
Charlie graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2022 and immediately knew he wanted to specialise in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy. He works both privately at Parham Physiotherapy and within the NHS, enabling him to gain extensive experience alongside senior Physiotherapists and MSK Specialists in orthopaedic management.
In his own words Charlie says ‘I combine proven, hands-on techniques with the latest evidence-based approaches to help patients understand their condition and manage symptoms effectively. Alongside my NHS work, I have also gained valuable experience in a local private hospital, supporting patients through rehabilitation following joint replacements and soft-tissue surgery. I am delighted to be part of the Parham Physiotherapy team and am passionate about helping patients return to the activities they enjoy most’
